Byjus — Online offline classes totally disturbed from 70 days

Address:Village post -bankot dist-pithoragarh Uttrakhand

I have Bought byjus online and offline course for my daughter for 3 years(class 10 to 12 including neet).But from 70 days(11 April 2022) my kid is not able to join byjus online and offline course due to byjus bad service.she even not joined a single online or offline class from 11 April 2022.furthermore we haven't received akash byjus books yet.please help to resolve our issue .i will be very thankful to you.
