Byju's — please cancel my byjus subscription

I bought this subscription 3 months ago with the course of pcmb for 67, 00. That time we paid 14, 000 and then we have to pay an emi for 4000. But now we are not in such position of paying them back. Please help me regarding this. I am ready to give all there material back and im not even asking for refunding my money. Jst please cancel the subscription and stop the further transaction.
Please help me.

Sir/ madam My son rishi raj enrolled with baijus IAS course but want to cencelled his course beacause he don't want to study now
or amrit raj enrolled in std 5th to 12th now want to continue only std 8th baijus have lots of call want to canclled but couldn't find out my problems
