Byju's — Please refund the order

We purchased byjus by their member they say live classes of 12th or jee mains and jee advance but they give only recorder videos and said that u have to pay extra we agree that time but now we have critical financial condition now my father is no more and my mom job is on hold from their job because of the covid 19 and we don't have enough money to give money of emi of byjus bit they create pressure on us to give installments we told them our condition but they said u will have to pay the fine also we are not in any condition to give their emi
