Byjus — Product refund

Hello
I have purchased learning program on 21st March 2021.
Byjus have promised for return and refund if made within 15 days.
Today is 13th day so I called and mailed.Our mentor replied that we will not give u refund eventhough 15 days not over.
But I have mailed them 5-6 times they didn't give any reply.
On custercare nobody is receiving my phone .They have blocked it.

Pl do the needful .
If anything I have to give I can provide it.
