Byju's — Refund amount of 5k is pending

I have paid an advance of 5000/- rupees as part of preprimary classes and decided not to go further because of false promises made.

The team that reached out to me can't do anything and customer care doesn't care.

Updated by Madhubala Ganjigunta within 24 hours of application I have sent email to byjus cancellation and there is no response.
