Byju's — Refund

My name is Rohit Kumar Tripathi and I bought Byju's learning app course on 01/02/2020 for 57000. While selling the learning app it was stated that the online guide would be frequented by the mentor and would help to explain the topic. I was given only one tablet which cost Rs 10000 and some books. After that till today the mentor did not help in my child's studies nor did he take any online class. Whenever I talk to him on the phone, it is said that the mentor will talk to you soon and will help the child in studies. But till date no help has been received in the education of the child. Byju's learning app has not helped my child in studies. I am not satisfied with their tablet. nor by their services. In counseling session he had said that we will teach session wise syllabus to your child from class 5 to 8 and will help to understand the subject. But that didn't happen at all. All the promises made in the counseling session turned out to be false. Byju's Learning App was sold to me by making false promises. So please respond to this complaint. This is very important so that I can get a refund from Byju's.
