Byjus — Refund Complaint

I have purchased Byju's subscription by paid Rs 54000, but I want to disconnect their services within 15 days. As per policy they have to refund me full amount. After so much calls and email, they email me and mention that they transferred Rs. 25105 and given the CMS id: CMS[protected] on 18th Dec 2023. Still, I didn't received money, and they also didn't reply on this.

Updated by Japan Sheth Who make as resolved.

I have just book the complain and some one from Byjus is make it resloved without doing any justification and I have not got any refund. this is too much.
