Byju's — Refund for the entire subscription

I took the Byjus plan for both of my Kids and later came to know that English is not covered in the same, so i asked for the refund with in the first week of booking the request. however till now i have not received the refund. they have not collected the books and Tablet yet. multiple people called and asked about the issue, i explained them, they tried to force me to use this package which is illegal. than they said they will come back to me and never called me back.
