Byju's — Refund not yet done even after 1 year time of the cancellation

I have ordered for 5-7 course on Feb 2nd 2020.
Paid 7500/- as token amount.

I cancelled the course as I changed my mind before the delivery itself.

The order got cancelled but still the amount of 7500/- is not refunded.
I even contacted the customer care number 40+ times.
But the response is zero.

Updated by Ashok43bhagesh Called on the customer care number 57 times since yesterday.

Each time, each. Person is responding stating that will receive a call in 30 min.
But haven't received a single call back from Byjus
