Byjus — Refusal to cancel the program | |||||
Sir, My son M Sarves was enrolled with BYJUS in the month of Jun 20. The program was for three years with an option to withdraw anytime during course after deduction of fess for the period of course attended by my son. Inspite of repeated requests telephonically to mentor support number and Mrs monishita Roy and my mails to Priority support @ BYJUS, Replacement tab was not provided. Byjus has provided two tabs which I could not use. Secondly, There has been very poor response from mentor. In fact no mentor has been arranged for the past two months. Mrs Monishita had said that she will look after the mentoring till all the issues are resolved. No learning could take place in the last one month after cancellation of part of the program i.e. BHLP due to error in the application. Hence, I approached the team byjus through mentor contact line and by mail to BYJUS priority support, Mrs Monishita Roy and Ms Nikhita. The issue have been causing too much off inconvenience as I am paying emi and learning is not taking place to my son. Now, Byjus is saying they can not cancel the program which is against the terms and conditions of engagement through the councellor of BYJUS Mr. Siddhant. May I request your office to direct BYJUS to collect the tabs from me, cancell the program and refund my balance after deducting fees for three months on prorata basis. Since 15 January I am talking to your teams i.e. cancellation and finance but no one is taking my problem seriously. The cancellation team is saying that this is your personal problem and this was your planning and they are saying you have to pay and this is your headache that how will pay . They just say that they can help us financially by extending my EMI tenure to 18 months but I don't know why they are not understanding that my father is not earning a single rupee so how we can promise that we will pay it in extended time. From one month me and my family are suffering from this tention as well and my mother is a high bp patient. My younger brothers education is put on hold . Please we can't pay this much big amount. Please cancel this . We really don't have that much money . We aur feeding ourselves from our savings . And let me clear one more thing that please take your books and tablet and cancel this . Please we are really suffering .
