Byjus — Regarding cancellation of course and nach mandate

I have requested to byjus so many times to cancel the course and nach mandate but they are not paying heed on my request.. I am passing through very critical economic conditions. So I can't pay imi. But they are harrassing me mentally.My kids name is Mayank Rajpoot and Divyanshi Rajpoot
