Byju's — Regarding cancellation of subscription

I have enrolled for BYJU's subscription, after some time when I asked for cancellation of that subscription they have decreased the prices and increased the period upto two year.
After three to four months when I asked for cancellation then they are saying that they can't cancel because 15 days period is over.
I have asked many times for cancellation but they are not responding but saying that they can't cancel.
