Hello Sir/Madam,

I am a father of student Laksh Tawani, who was studies in Byjus premium program from last few Months.

As from start of the day he started studying he won't able to get the anything, he can't understand properly. Now he lost his interest from topics due to not understanding. So I request to cancel this subscription as soon as possible. I also convey on helpline no but no response get to me. If it not cancelled then may require to take a action because my son doesn't understand anything.
