I have enrolled for JEE 11+12 course in your institute. with details as below.

In continuation with the above subject we would like to inform that we are not satisfied with the education of Byjus particularly My son Abhishek A Muddebihal. as because we have joined for both 11+12 JEE course, till now 90% of 11th class already been completed. it is highly not possible now to backup all classes. And time management also.

And before joining it has been told to us that classes started only on 22nd of March 2024, So considering the above requesting your kindself to cancel my course and refund us the total amount paid Rs. 12000/- to us and cancel the Loan amount of Rs. 48000/- . Provide us No due certificate to us..

Reference to trailing mail request provide us the refund status of Rs. 12000/- which was given by me at the time of admission and loan cancellation status (Rs. 48000/-)

Till now no one provided us with the proper details . Request to do the needful & oblige

One more thing I would like to inform you that, He is the person who coordinates with us is Mr. Bharath, Mob.No. +[protected] / +[protected] and told me that I will get
refund of Rs. 12000/- completely if the student not comfortable with the course.

One more lady is Mrs. Archana, coordinator Her Mobilne Number is +[protected] who Misguided that the courses of 11th JEE started on 22nd of Feb

Requesting you to take proper action against these employees and consider this email as compliant against the above employees.

And provide us the proper justification for the same.
