Byju's — Return the Byjus program

My name is Gaurav singhal. I have purchased the Byju’s program for my child. After getting the kit my children are not able to study with m. Same i mailed many times to Byju’s about cancellation request. But till date I didn’t get any positive response from there. I mailed for cancellation & called to customer care also but always they said as Byju’s will contact to us for return. From next month march they ll initiate for deducted the EMI’s and till yet they had not started the cancellation process. Pls take this matter on priority basis and take return ASAP.
