We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.
Byjus team, you should understand these people represent your organization and no cx can take this harassment when there is no fault o[censored]s. Ideally the courier guy should have the change as per the requirement not as per his feasibility. Was this information helpful? |
