[Resolved] Byju's — sd card not working

Have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th standard Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4. Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended. my byjus sd card is not working. After entering sd validity and it says your sd validity is error.i have written same sdcard pin validity that byjus has been given to me. Again it is not opening. pleae tell me the solution about why it is not opening.

My Byju's sd card also not working since last 4 months. The tab keeps on saying that SD card is unsupported. Please resolve it ASAP or arrange a refund.

SD card is not detected. And Byjus is not customer friendly.
Once you take the app you are forced to use this without refund and they come up with their own reasons for not contacting.
Now getting SD card not working no resolution till today
