Dear sir,
My self vinay yelnoorkar purchased byju's learning app on dated 28 may 2018. After purchasing, the product was not delivered on time same was intimated to the team. After 2 months tab was not working & same was intimated to the team but no response from the team. Also i complaint them about the mentor that mentor is not doing his job or he is not taking care of status of learning of my daughter. But till date no response from them at last i told them i will not pay any more till my issues are not resolved. Why should i pay if i am not getting the service from mentor as well as from team even after continuous follow up. As per the consumer act 2015 i should get the service which i deserved. Hence at last i stopped the payment.
I am ready to pay only after resolving the issues.
Please look into the matter i resolve it. Because of this i suffer a lot.
