Byju's — tablet repair

The counselor (Raj sir) who sold us the product informed us that if we have any tech issue it would be resolved really quickly and for free of cost.
It has been 8 months now and nobody has given a proper response regarding the repair of the tech issue. The response goes like this:
1. You call them.
2. They call you back and you explain the problem.
3. They inform your mentor.
4. Mentor calls you back in 15 minutes or longer.
5. You explain the problem again.
6. They connect you to the technical team after 10 minutes or so.
7. The technical team calls you back.
8. You explain your problem again.
9. They tell you to send them pictures of your tablet because apparently explaining them over and over again wasn't tiring and ridiculous.
10. You send it to them.
11. No response whatsover.
12. You call back.
13. They call you back. You explain them that you have complained but there is no response, so they ask you what is the problem, they connect you to the mentor.
14. Mentor calls back and when you say you haven't received an response they reply saying that they haven't received the email which is absurd because i think i know how to send emails and it was properly sent.
And this went on until 8 months and still going on.
Problems that need solution:
1. Your network of mentors and tech teams and responders.
2. Time is precious, please respect our time and please help us.
3. That counselor who was really sweet to us until he received the money and isn't even picking our call right now.
4. Please, we belong to a middle class family who value their time and money and marks so kindly help us before we stop being humble towards you guys!
And do not send any automatic response on this and check it out personally.
I'm a student and it feels really bad. Please improve sir.

My tab is broken can you do something for that means will you exchange that tab and give a new tab

Hello Byju's.I am Trinabh Tomar and I was doing the course of 3rd class and suddenly the tab fell down from my hand and it's screen is broken it is going blur nothing is working many scraches please fix this problem please I request you a lot.And I also request Himanshu sir who gave me the tab.Thanks and please do the solution of this problem I know that there is no garranty of hardware in byju's so you can tell me some places in Meerut where we can repair the tab. PLEASE.

It's been weeks I'm trying to contact ur team n mentor and yet I'm to be connected . 15 min is your as usual dialogue n it turns to be hours n yet not connected. I have two issues to be resolved
1. To update my phone number in your forum.
2.The display is not working . It's not broken or had a fall but shows internal breakage .
Trying hard to get connected with the technical team to do the needy. Yet no response.
I think it's time to sue the company from a consumer side. Not for replacement but for putting parents to trauma.

I had taken subscription for online live classes so.. Accidentally my Samsung tab A7 fell down or something I really don't know what happened with that but when I checked my tab so, that time it wasn't working, it was not turning on.. I think that should be display problems or internal brokage.. I belongs to middle class family so u should value our time.. And the twist is that I'm having my final exams so I can't able to study for my exams hope you'll help and support me...
