I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

    I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company very well know what happened he promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

      My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

        My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

          I have submitted 10000inr for upsc tablet course. My counsellor did not completed the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the call back request.
          I need a mentor to clarify my doubts. Im not geeting any help from the mentor given to me. Please change mymentor. Please help me regarding this inconvenience.

            I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

              I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
              Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

                  I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                    We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                      I am harsh and some times before i buy byju kit because for my compartment papers and they suggested my mom mam you can buy this product if you not want get so you return the product and your refund will give you they are a very cheater company and this company is fraud they are all service person are lieyer i request plz don't buy this product they not give our refund 4000 rs and few times i wait they not give my refund so i compaint in police station i request plz soon to soon give my refund 4000.. Thank you

                        "27-05-19" ko byju's ke agent "nitin jain" k through mene 10th 11th 12th ke liye course "57000/-" me purchase kiya tha or pehle advance me 7500/- diye the lekin uske second day 28-05-19 ko hi mene is company k help line no "[protected]" pe call krke course cancel krne k liye bola unhone bola hamari website "[protected]@byju's.com" pe receipt ki picture or registration no mail kar do hmare counselor aapko khud call krenge. Mene mail kiya but cancellation ke liye koi call nhi aaya. Daily is company ki helpline no pe call krke puchhti hu to fir se whi detail send krne ko bolte hai. Mene bohot bar detail send ki h par koi order cancel nhi kr rha. 24 hours ke liye bol kr 7 days nikal diye in loge ne. Or iska agent "nitin jain" jisse mene ye course purchase kiya hai wo bar bar call krke pressurized kr rha h service lene k liye or bol rha h mere through cancellation request ruwayi hui h. Iski refund policy 15 days ki h aaj "7 days" ho chuke h. Mujhe is course ko cancel krwa kar pesa refund krwana h.
                        Please ye order cancel krwa kar mera pesa refund karwa diiye.

                          I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

                            Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months

                              I purchased a test series ias prelims from byjus.com.
                              Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything.
                              They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
                              Please beware of byjus commercial classes. They are least bothered about students career.

                                Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't...

                                From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?

                                    My child has been taking integrated byju's coaching for the past one year. Students are facing a lot of difficulty. The tutorial has taken 2.9 lakh rupees for two year integrated coaching. The tutorial will be shutting down next year. Hence, the teachers have left the college leaving behind some uneducated faculty. We have already complained about this to the institute multiple times. But, there is no response. The future of the students is being spoilt. They had promised that we could withdraw the fee. But they are not returning our hard earned money. The institute is only money-minded. There are lakhs of students suffering because of this fraud institute. Please shutdown byju's to make india a prosperous nation and offer the youth with good education and not by running fraud institutes like these. I and other parents like me are highly disappointed.

                                      I took the byjus premium 2 months before. And now the tablet and the sd card is giving a lot of problem. No good service has been provided to me, neither my mentor is helping, the money is being taken through tha capital float every month and now i'm having a lot of difficulties. The team is not helping and my dad is having financial crisis. The team has nothing as they assured. Please help me in the cancellation and refunding the amount please.

                                        Without take product emi is deducting, byju's karnataka excutive mr. Himanshu is cheating public by giving wrong infromation. With out taking any product you are deducting emi from my account, after cancellation also emi is deducted and again next month also you customer care people told they deduct another emi. With out taking any product why should i pay money from my pocket, is it right of doing business, byjus is fake organization.
