Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

    I was purchased the byjus learning app. On february -2019, for my ward E.Venkataesh Praveen at that time he is studied 5th std. Byju’s Senior Educational Consultant Mr.Bhupender Singh approached me, then he told, when my ward will face byju’s learning app difficulty, then cancell the course any time, the company will refund my payment. At that time I have no money. Then Bhupender Singh arranged me loan Rs. 31, 500, their company!s tieup finance concern zestmoney. He would give many fake promise to me.
    My ward handel the tablet to learn byjus learning app, he is facing stress and tiredness. So, I fear the method of this learning is spoil my wards life.
    Then I contact Mr. Bhupender Singh on[protected], and told cancell the coure. he answered me, call back two minutes. But he is not yet contact me in this time and swithced offf his cellphone. Byju’s learning app is not suitable my ward. So, Please cancel the course and my loan, refund my money with in a week. If do not refund the money I will take legal Action on byju’s and Mr. Bhupender Singh.

      I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
      Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

        The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
        They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked

          I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
          Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

            I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. Now i am sorry to say i don't have any requirements of your apps. Kindly return my token money at earliest. I ordered this last month only and you said ill get it in 7 working days. 30 days have passed still no sign of delivery.

              I purchased maharashtra ssc board 9th and 10th standard app for my daughter, mentor came to my home and explained the details, but he never said that we don't have ssc maharashtra board lessons, they sent tab and 2 sd cards too. Its working was perfect, but the problem, it was cbsc board, most of the cbsc and ssc board common chapter is same, but teaching and answer method is deferent. My daughter getting explanation from school is one type and byjus app lessons is another way, i called to byju and complained, around one month they were saying that this is ssc board only, but i take snap shot of book and tab and sent to byju customer care, finally they agree that there is mismatch and lessons also having changes. Finally that mentor agreed that byjus not providing ssc board books, but after one month it will be ready and give to u. And taken admission in near tuition center and told to cancel this product.

                Hi team,

                This product was solved by an iitan's around 2 yrs back. We have paid 1.1 lack for this product.

                From the last one year, we are requesting to provide the imo, nso level content, which were not delivered at all.

                Now, we have requesting to return our remaining money and now they are saying there policy has changed and now, cancellation can't be happen.

                In nut shell, no content, no cancellation. It means it is a case of cheating. So requesting this form, to help us in getting the refund.

                  My complaint is that I want to return the product but it's post 15 days my mentor is pressurizing me to pay the fees whether I use the product or not she is saying that if I will not pay the fees finance people will come and take the money she is torturing me mentally please help me with this
                  I bought the product on 24 January and I received it on 20 feb with the wrong sd card then they took 5 days to change the sd card then my icse exams begun from 22 feb how I could have returned it at that time please help me with this

                    I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy.                       I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                        I am a cat aspirant with byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                        I have registered Byjus app and paid my first instalment fee of Rs.12, 000 on 12.5.19 and the Byjus marketing rep promised me to send the tab within 5 working days. Till now i didnt received the tab. Contacted the Byjus app help line from 27.5.19. They promised me to provide the tab next day itself. Still now not received the product

                          I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                            I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                                  I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company very well know what happened he promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

                                    My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive?                                       My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                                        I have submitted 10000inr for upsc tablet course. My counsellor did not completed the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the call back request.
