Byju's — the don't worth their words | |||
I get a call from byjus the learning app on 1 dec. 2019. They convinced us a educational counselling to be done on 8 dec. So we agreeed, in the session of 4 hrs. The sold their product by assuring us that if we are not satisfied we can return it. But now when i contact them don't listen and keep on procrastinating and argues. The are not ready to accept that i am not satisfied. And don't ready to process return Was this information helpful? | |||

i also received a call from byju for counseling after that they convinced us to take a 15 days trail after that if we are not satisfied we can return the tab.but after 15 days trial firstly they don't take any observation within 15 days and after that when we try to connect them they doesn't respond any way.now they told its not possible but I'll try to resolve but it takes at least a month. very dissapointing .. don't be so fool by accepting their proposal.
