Tnldcrp[protected] order was booked by byjus sales rep on dec 23rd and a down payment of inr 7000 was collected on same date.
Cancellation request was placed on dec 23rd itself in writing (Mail to cancellations team).
Since then numerous calls and mails done, but no clue of the status of complaint.
Sales rep called me yesterday (Dec 26th) and told me that order delivery will be taken, without which no cancellation and refund and wanted me to share the otp for order that will come, as she was proceeding with the order booking.
I maintained that there is no point of this as order cancellation request raised on dec 23rd itself.
My refund of inr 7000 is stuck with byjus.
After multiple calls at customer care yesterday and mails, i received a call from dhara trivedi (Senior manager-byjus) yesterday and when i urged her to refund my amount, she said is instructing refund team for the same and will send me e-mail communication right then.
There has been no e-mail or any other communication from byjus since then.
I have called them multiple times today also, but everytime the auto dialer says they will call back.
This is extremely frustrating.
Please help me get refund of my inr 7000 and order cancellation.
The sales representative had given so many promises before booking the order that order can be cancelled at any time within 15 days of delivery of product and amount will be refunded. It is also stated in their receipt.
But just after booking the order, the situation changed completely - considerable delay in even accepting the cancellation, leave apart initiating the refund.
Its been 5 days and the order was cancelled within hours of placing the same and still the refund is not even initiated. On the contrary, they are saying that till item delivery not taken - refund cant be initiated.
Another person says that refund is being initiated - but no communication or action to that effect.
