Byju's — Unable to Access 11th and 12th Standard JEE Study Material

Already raised complaint with Byjus. They provided request ID 24565835 on 17th November 2021 vide email from [protected]@byjus.com. But the request is not resolved aven after reminders and several attempts to reach Byjus.

only hope this time Byju's take cognizance of the complaint and resolve the issue. Though we are able to reach Byju's on +[protected], they keep informing our representative will reach the same number in 15 minutes which never happened. There is a need to make such greedy and profiteering companies more accountable. They should be punished for unethical practices.
