The account indicates an overdue status from May 2023 to August 2023, with an outstanding amount of INR 15, 499. I would like to emphasize that I have never availed any loan from your institution, and it is alarming to see this entry in my account statement.

To facilitate a resolution swiftly, I kindly request you to provide me with the complete repayment details, disbursement history associated with this loan, and a breakdown of calculations leading to the outstanding amount. Additionally, despite cancelling my subscription, the account still reflects an overdue status, which is perplexing.
