When I enrolled my kid at Byjus, I was informed and promised that it will be daily 1 hr class. Now, forcefully and without any prior information, my kid has been scheduled for 2 hrs in a day, twice a week. How can you be so insensible not to find out that the kid maybe undergoing some other extra courses or skill development classes, before finalizing and forcing 2 hrs class? We have been speaking to your customer care and mentors for almost daily now. They either cut the call or promise a mail revert/call back, which remains unfulfilled till date. When asked on escalation matrix, no one is aware too. Am expecting a quick resolution on the same so that the kid's study is not hampered. I am also shocked to find out that no one at Byjus is able to give me a Resolution or even guide me to an alternative. Need help to either reschedule to 1 hrs class per day OR to cancel the entire enrollment and refund. Was this information helpful? |
