[Resolved] Byju's — unethical practices - trapping customers
I subscribed to byjus 4 year for my son in 7'th standard in the sep 2018. For a month byjus was very prompt and they sent lesson plans and the mentor used to call, but after a month they stopped all these. My sons academic results also got bad after subscribing to byjus. So i called them up and asked to cancel this as it was only 2 months into the programme of 4 years, i was expecting a full refund of my money. But, to my surprise, they denied any refund and was very rude. I really feel trapped and lost my hard earned money to these guys who treat education just like a business. I sincerely request each and every parent to be vigilant and not fall prey to byjus marketing folks. Was this information helpful?
