My daughter, 14 yr old, a class 10 student has used byju's app once or twice during the lockdown period.
Now she has been getting calls from byju's customer call centre ([protected]) even in late evenings (That also on saturdays) insisting that she answers certain queries.. Even on being told not to do so, the call centre executive from bengaluru was insistent & kept on calling back repeatedly.
Just use of an app available free does not give the company the right to interview/conduct survey of children. This practice may be considered harassment of minor children and need to be stopped immediately. Was this information helpful? |
