Byju's — wrong assurance given and tricked

Being assured by him that we can cancel within15days and if we want more time then the mentor will be able to extend the trail to 45days.
1. Tab arrived but the mentor never called for weeks. Either she is sick or busy with god knows wat.
2. After repeated follow ups all they do is send one email with the study plan.
3. Tab stopped working and there is no response.
Everything we were promised, like regular assistance by the mentor, regular emails with the progress of the children and the assurance of cancellation anytime we want and of the balance refund, nothing happened. Feeling so cheated and regret our decision of paying the money. It’s been 1 month and we want our money back. I wish we could sue u for such mental torture.
