I am Isham Singh f/o Preeti Rani. I bought an online course, which is designed for the students of class 10th, 11th, 12th and complete preparation of NEET, from BYJU's on 20/02/2021 for my daughter who is studying in class 10th. Total amount of the course is 75000/- from which I have paid total amount of 42500/- from April 2021 to September 2021 through installments of 6250/month. Sandeep Sharp, the dealer, promised me to provide online classes for two hours daily, weekly test with progress report and proper guidance for my daughter. After the course was purchased by me, nothing was provided by the company as promised. After this I also raised a complaint on BYJU's helpline no. but they denied and said to do self study with offline videos which were provided in a memory card. Now they are harassing me to pay rest of the amount. I am totally dissatisfied with the services of the company as none of the promises was fulfilled. I want refund of all the amount which is paid by me from the date of subscription. Was this information helpful? |
