I have received your mail dated 17th February -2025 regarding a trip which was not done by your Cab Driver. I am extremely sorry to inform you that You and your Cab driver assured us to pick by 8AM on 17th February 2025 but he failed to pick up us till 2PM.As the pick up was not done by your driver at stipulated time and pick up point, we are not responsible to make any kind of payment towards a failed ride. Therefore please refund my advance amount Rs.4409/- immediately. It is very ridiculous to generate a discount coupon by you against our advance payment which is to be utilized within 5.15 PM on same day 17.02.25. The whole day was ruined by your cab driver and we could not made our onward journey in scheduled time and had to make another arrangements to complete our journey facing with a great financial loss.We think Cabbazar is a reputed company and don’t want to spoil its image, please refund/transfer my advance money to my bank account. Customer’s satisfaction should be your moto.We are your regular customers and will keep going with Cabbazar but you have to take appropriate step to solve our genuine problem.
