I have booked a taxi from Noida to Jaipur with following details
Hi Arun Sharma,
Booking (ID:408444) has been confirmed on 19/07/2023 10:00 AM at 10:00 AM.

Driver came to pick us at 11.45 AM, company also charged 300 rs for luggage space assurance but this was cng car and only space to keep luggage is carrier that was there in the taxi. All outstation cng taxi has carrier so the company charged 300 rs for no extra service

They deny to compensate for this 1.45 hrs late pickup due to which we reached jaipur very late (at 7 pm) and our full day wasted in traveling and we couldn’t execute our jaipur tour as per the plan.

Request you to take necessary action on the company as 2 hour late pickup is not acceptable.

Will appreciate your response or status of this complaint.

We apologize for the delay and we have already stated the reasons regarding the same which you think is a story. We are here to provide smooth services to our users and reaching late for pickup will never profit us as the delay was never intentional. We have also spoken with you over the call mentioning the current situation about Delhi and Noida road flooding. The driver reached about 11.30 am to which you even agreed on call as well. We are truly sorry for the dissatisfaction caused.

    The time of pick up from the location was 12.15pm firstly he came late there around 1hr we waited there and he was talking very rudely then we contact to the owner replied that Raju was not his driver his driver's were not available so he send Raju to pick us . And Raju was a very untrained person he didn't even knew the wayout from Bareilly he was taking incorrect roads rather than the correct ones while telling him about it he was arguing with us .
    Then we stoped for lunch around 2:30 pm. The time was 3:15 to 3:30 pm were we met with accident. After accident he also didn't support us the local people gathered there and helped us in calling ambulance and give some first aid to stop bleeding. But Raju was kept on saying you can talk to my owner.
    By the ambulance we gone to the Bombay hospital haldwani for the treatment were my sister got 20 stitches on head the cut was so deep it will take a lot time to heal up and she had excessive loss of blood.. And my mother got leg injury due to this there is difficulty in walking for her... My father
    neck bone C6 C7 had shifted from his location before .but due to the accident
    it caused pain on his neck and right hand again ... And I got head injury with result in head pain for me sir..
    A total amount of 50000 has been spend till now and ( still on count )open up in accident and a life long pain and fear we received from it.
    Instead of helping us from situation the owner is keep on giving excuses only . I want that strict action should be taken so that it may not happen with any family in future ...
    And to get out of the situation they are showing that the trip is completed from there side... So money minded person they are???

      I booked the cab from banglore airport to mysore.the booking was successfull and I paid the same of 646 rs. Later the driver asked for extra 500 rs then what was agreed while booking and refused pickup.After waiting for 45 mins I called customer care and explained entire situation and customer care executive after talking with driver twice cancelled the ride since I was getting late as driver did not appear for pick up.Later when I called customer care for refund they refused to refund saying that you cancelled the ride . How I am held responsible when driver refused to come at pickup location after wasting my 45 mins. Cabazar is complete fraudulent company whoever is reading that please be aware and consider twice before booking cab with them . they have this algorithm set of looting customers.

        On 13th May I booked Innova rental car. after I called customer care and done the inquiry of car seating capacity and requested to change the 8 seater car. but they said not able and recommended to booking an alternate of 2 sedan cars. I told them not acceptable. arrange to refund the booking amount. not cancel the booking give a discount voucher and disconnect the call. voucher is not agreed with me. after am tried so many calls to customer care to follow up on the refund amount. All the customer care people not responding properly, talking rudely, and disconnecting the calls while talking.

        Every day am following up with customer care no updates for the refund. simply they said refund not able and force me to use discount voucher only.
        I replied to them I will not make any trips until my death and will not use Cabbazar's cheating voucher.

          Sir, we had provided all possible options available and you denied to take both. when you are 8 members why would you book for a 6 seater and when you realized you wanted to cancel the booking and the same was informed to you that as the driver/cab details have been allocated and the cab has been provisioned so the advance amount won't be refundable in case of cancellation so you can opt for 2 sedan cars. The more number of passengers the more the package prize will be. We provide commercial cars so we only commit to 6+1 seaters only. When we have already reverted back you money in the form of a lifetime validity voucher so the amount is useful for the future bookings so what's the point of sending abusive mails all day long for no reason. Kindly stop this activity of sending mails and keep using the voucher on your further bookings.

            The driver arrived late for pickup by 1 hour, I was not given a refund. The company instead gave me discount coupon valid for lifetime. So I used this Voucher to book the return trip. Booking ID 367997. Driver asked for toll charges after arriving for Pune Mumbai trip . As per cab bazar policy the Toll is included. Finally agreed to work at the same fare if he takes the non toll road. Drove very rashly on the Pune Mumbai Old Highway. The Moral of story is he has burned more fuel and has a unhappy customer.

              Company was requested to change driver. It was purposfully delayed and not looked at. They kept me on my tose and on their end no efforts but only attitude and arrogance all along leading me to come out of their harsh clutches. Now money taken is held without rendering services.
              We are sorry to hear that our staff did not meet the level of service we strive for and will make sure this never repeats in the future again.

                Non reliable drivers & call centre’s executive. I had booked cab for Pune to Shirdi for 6 am. Cab driver was not answering the call. I raised the complaint to customer care at 7.30am, without taking my confirmation they modified the pick up time to 8.30am. Cab arrived at 8.50am. Company charges for waiting & cancellations, but what if client waits for the cab for almost 3 hours. Any compensation for that? After frequent calls manager is not ready to talk regarding this on the call, got msg that to connect to the manager you should email. Very unprofessional staff. Need to realise importance of the client’s time. Hope for the immediate action regarding this.

                  I have booked the car before a month but after cancelling the cab I didnt get the deposited amount... If they want to take in advance the amount should be nominal... Is this not a wrong thing or fraud ?
                  No address or email id is mentioned in the website... except the customer care number...
                  Please stop making illusion by showing
                  50%, 40% discount to make the people fool...
                  WEBSITE IS NOT UPDATED ...
                  AND STOP MAKING FOOL THE COMMON PEOPLE...

                    We booked a cab service for 6 days in April from Delhi airport.
                    Cabbazar kept changing driver info multiple times till the arrival day.

                    We got assigned a driver name Pawan Gupta. We talked to him one day in advance and very clearly told him we would board the cab on the next day at 10.30 am at the airport. He also agreed.

                    On the day when we had to board the cab, he gave missed call at around 7 am in the morning once. I immediately messaged him that I will be in Delhi airport around 10.30 am and will board the cab then.

                    That shameless arrogant driver just cancelled the trip and fraud cab bazar customer care person refused to refund the advance amount (for the mistake of their driver)
                    Sorry sir to inform you again that the mistake was not on the driver's side and not even on our part as the departure time was mentioned wrongly by you. The cab will arrive at the departure time, not after 4-5 hours. If you wanted to have some changes in the pickup time the company must have been informed and not the driver.

                    We called your driver the previous day and informed him we will reach at 10.30 am and we will call after that. He agreed. If he had issues he should have told us immediately.

                    And on the day of our arrival he calls at 7.00 am and simply cancels.
                    What a shameless way to cheat ???

                    And cabbazar people instead of arranging alternative immediately, were busy defending the fraud of their driver. Even after explaining the complete scenario and sharing all proofs, ARROGANT CABBAZAR is defending its fraudulent driver and NOT REFUNDING the advance amount.

                      Dear team,

                      I used this app first time and I am very disappointed. First of all 261 km is charged, driven taken long route without asking me I am new to this place. Driver taken 100 rup for paying challan that's also not returned to me, and extra 15 km is charged for pickup and that i cleared with customer care day before traveling so they told me it will charge from home and taken money to 15 km. Kindly return my money.
                      Even ola and uber is so professional, learn from then how to manage customer.

                      I will not use your service in future, also not recommended.

                      I paid total 2930+640+100= 3670

                      Please explain how you charged money in break up .attached files for your reference.

                        I booked a taxi from Gurgaon to Dharamshala and in the booking it was mentioned that extra KM will be Rs. 9.5 per KM but after going to Dharamshala the driver refused to go for sight seeing and then he asked for extra for sight seeing saying that this charge is not relevant for mountain region whereas it was nowhere mentioned that this charge was not relevant for mountain region! Also he charged me two state tax for 1200 each and the toll tax extra without proper receipt! The company should provide proper receipt of toll tax and state tax for which we are paying but the driver did not gave me any receipt of the amount ! I want proper receipt of what I paid ! And I want to say that this company is total fraud and they show low pricing initial but then they charge more at the end of the journey in toll tax and state tax without giving receipts ! It’s better to go by local cabs than booking from this company as atleast they are upfront with their charges and don’t cheat ! This was the first and last time I am using CabBazar and I would recommend others to avoid this company while booking out station cab or first negotiate all terms in advance or not use this company at all!
                        Taxes are majorly additional on outstation trips which is clearly stated on our website and is not a hidden charge. Also local sightseeing are included in a round trip within the same quoted price as extra km are provided for the same.                           Very bad experience this trip drive was not 🚫 good, he couldn't drive well, and should not drive informing AC also, and his Stop the car my request stops his Stop the cars after 1km from my side seances and etc, and his asking State tax extra with out peaper Bills with out Bill I don't pay this because his asking 2 State taxs, as far my booking i will pay only 1 state tax with praper Bills and all, and his shouted me with ugly language( and his call to my wife number also), I already spoke with customer care person Naresh[protected] his also asking State taxs so with out Bill, sir I Informed to naresh cont pay this. Because I pay to drive all taxes like till and pranking proper bills. So if you have proper bills send me my mail id will I pay that.

                          And this kind of service you people provide will I approach consumers from against cabbazar.

                          In order to reach on time despite of the rally going on the driver had taken a different route which crossed across Kerala and reached your destination in Karnataka and much more things. We apologize for the driver's behavioral issue and also will make sure this never repeats in the future again. The toll, state taxes can be paid if the receipts are provided.

                            I have been scammed by Cab Bazar Call centre representative.. Please see the flow of activities ( Dated:- 6 th April '23)

                            1) 9.45 pm I book cab and pay the advance amount.( Online
                            2) 9.47pm Booking received and I see everything is not included, ( This time toll tax and state tax not included)as earlier booking done with them it used to be inclusive
                            3)9.49 pm I immediately speak to call centre representative to have this cancellation done, but he was busy explaining other things
                            4) 9.51 pm when we were discussing on cancellation he allocates random driver and taxi ( A week before which generally happens 24 hrs prior to journey-I think this time they were better planned😋 or planning for cheating 🤔
                            5) After allocation he does the cancellation and then refuse to refund the amount ( as per policy if car is allocated no refund will be given.
                            Rs 1076/-

                            Its height of cheating done, request you all to be cautious and avoid Booking with them and save your hard earned money.

                            If you have made bookings earlier as well with us so you must be aware about the allocations and inclusions/exclusions you get. While travelling interstate you will have to take care of the toll/state tax which is sel[censored]nderstandable. We do have toll/state tax included in some trips but only on selected routes so no one can miss out checking about the inclusions. The driver/cab were already allocated but the confirmation message takes about 10-15 mins to get delivered to you. So a refund is not applicable in this case.

                              Cabbazar App was not working properly. App was not taking booking date and time correctly. I asked them to book on behalf of me.
                              They promised me the cab will reach at mentioned time. I was about to shift my whole house and after departure of goods truck, I had to move following that truck. But cab not arrived earlier. I called driver and he said that he have 2 drops pending and then he will come. It was already 7:30 pm and booking time was 06:30 pm. I had to reach before the goods truck at destination. When I called cab driver he was saying that I am stuck in traffic so can't reach and further he asked me to cancel.
                              I got completely shoked as there was no options at night for outstation. Somehow I managed another cab service with extra payment of 1500 Rs. (Total Cost : 4300 Rs).
                              If you have preplanned journey then no need to bear such cost. But cabbazar completely ignored this and I suffered because of that.
                              When I asked them about refund they denied and told me refund can only be in coupons.

                                We had booked a cab with cabbazar.com using mobile application. The pickup address was entered as Pune and destination was entered as aurangabad. I paid the advance amount as it was showing good deal. When I receive call from driver he said pickup and destination city is showing same as aurangabad. I had to cancel this booking. Not sure what happened but I entered correct details for booking and now they are not refunding my advance money paid. They gave me option to use that amount in 2 hours but I decided to not book again with them. But I am looking for my refund. I wanted to complaint about this issue and want to get my money refunded.
                                As the booking was wrongly placed, we provided you a validity voucher in order to place a correct and a fresh booking as you were not aware about the locations you mentioned in the itinerary until the driver informed you about the same. You did not place a booking and the voucher expired. So in this case a refund is not applicable.

                                The initial booking showed rs 2700 and when I was trying to book it showed me rs 3600. Why would I book it at higher price? Now if I don’t want to book a cab with cabbazar my money are gone. You should do business in consumer favor not loot them with no option for straight refund. Also when we place a booking there is no time to cancel and get refund because as soon as we place booking you send us the driver details immediately irrespective of travel date. This is very annoying and frustrating to loose money for the service we haven’t used. You guys are looting innocent people’s money. You guys don’t care about consumers hard earned money.
                                Sir we highly apologize for the inconvenience caused. But urgent bookings and the bookings made in advance differ in prices and that might be the reason for the price hike also the locations were mentioned wrong. So changes in locations will also cost different.

                                  We had booked serivce in advance and paid money online. Till last moment, inspite of follow ups we couldn't get driver and car info. We keep on following up with helpline. At last moment, they said, we couldn't arrange the driver and refund the money. Worst !!
                                  This was booked for my parents and i felt it so bad!

                                  PATHETIC !!
                                  They could have told earlier we could have arranged some other cab !!

                                    My booking id was 313458. I booked dzire through their website to travel from Sayala Rajasthan to Udaipur Rajasthan on 22.02.2023 at 3.36 pm. At that time it was showing Rs.3499/-. Later, after paying Rs.629/- advance, in the evening I was called and informed that I have booked small vehicle not dzire. I told OK, I will manage I tried to check my booking details but those were not available on their website. I downloaded the app and checked the price increased by them. After booking, rates were increased by them. At 7.36 pm, I once again checked the rates at their website (phot attached), at that time they were offering Dzire at Rs.3673.95. When I called back, they told me to cancel the booking. At night, there was no option left to me except agreeing to their conditions. Fianally, they sent equivaled to dzire but I had to Rs.4629/- plus Rs.160/- for 16 extra Kms. Thus booking a cab for Rs.3499/- finally costed me for Rs.4700/- plus. This is not fair deal.
                                    As we've checked, the booking was placed for a hatchback instead of a sedan category car and a sedan cab will ultimately cost more than a hatchback. Due to these changes the journey price was hiked and finally a Verna cab was provided.

                                      My name is Rutuja. I had booked cab for 12th Feb 2023 from Pune at 12.30AM (pickup).
                                      Booking ID - 307196
                                      Driver Name - Mohammad
                                      My pickup was done at 1.00 AM. After my pickup within 15km my cab was breakdown, then I called the customer care but nobody helped us with this as I am a pregnant women I was standing on Khed Shivapur Highway till 4.30 AM. When I called Tushar (Employee ID - CBM07) from Customer Care, He was supposed to send another Cab. We waited for longer duration but He said that cab will be there after 5 am only. I was standing there in the Midnight till 4.30 - 5.00 am. They did not send me any cab. I had to go by myself to home again. I had to manage another cab for me to go back to home. I was in hope which Tushar gave me that cab will be there till 5 am. I was standing over there waiting for cab till 4.30am but no response. After that my trip was cancelled. When I called them back Tushar said that he has initiated my refund, where I didn’t receive any message or Mail. I called back to Tushar for confirmation 4 times. He said that my refund is initiated & because of network issues I am not getting the messages( I want you to check my recordings for Quality Assurance). I was in hope & in assurance with the team but very very very bad experience I had in my pregnancy. Nobody called me again for this, I want to escalate this issue. I want you to treat this on higher priority. This incident is really big and worst for me, that I told to the team that I am pregnant still they treat me very bad. It would be grt that you involved somebody from Higher authority. I want to escalate this issue. I want my refund. As Tushar said & I confirmed with him so many times I should have been refunded till now. I want to escalate this fraud team. & would recommend everyone to not to book a cab by cabbazar.
                                      Please accept our apology for the inconvenience and trouble caused. We were informed by the driver that you had continued the trip with the same driver but personally not through our company even after booking the trip with us.

                                        I paid for Rs 29, 283, which includes an advance of Rs 3, 622 and the rest to the driver, based on his calculations and assurance that all the bills (state/toll tax, parking, etc.) would be provided when he returns home. I immediately called the customer care executive of CabBazar, alerting him of the extra charges asked by the Driver. The executive assured me that I will be provided an invoice for the total amount paid.
                                        But, I received an invoice for Rs 24, 738.42 from Cab Bazar and State/Toll taxes and parking bills for Rs. 2, 568 from the driver, the total bills amounting to Rs. 27, 306.42.

                                        I didn't receive any bills for the balance amount (Rs 1976.58 in total: 493+250 was charged extra for the toll for which the driver didn't provide bills, and Rs 1230 as extra charges for which the invoice is not provided). The Driver is now saying that since it took an additional day for him to go back to Hyderabad, the balance is his charges for that day. This issue is raised with the Customer Care Executive of CabBazar, and I received a reply from [protected]@cabbazar.com saying that since it took an extra day for the driver to return, I was bound to pay him extra.

                                        My complaint is that I had completed the trip on 16:00 hrs in 3rd Feb, as per schedule, and nowhere while booking it was mentioned that the trip date would end only when the driver returns home. Both the driver and customer care executive are now denying to provide proper invoice or retruning the extra charges.
                                        As the trip booked was a round trip and all the locations mentioned in your itinerary had to be completed with the expected time and date which also means the driver had to return back within the same date and time because ultimately you are being charged for a round trip.

                                        Before Booking, I had clearly asked the Customer Care executive that there is no option available to book a one-way trip for multiple locations. He had assured me that I will be charged till my journey end date only and did not mention anything about the driver returning back to his starting point. This is a clear loophole in your system.
                                        Even before paying the driver, I checked with the Customer Care executive (won't mention name here due to security reasons) at 16:00 hrs on 3rd Feb (end date), and even at that time, he didn't mention anything about the driver's return time.

                                        My concern is not regarding paying extra amount but receiving invoice for the total amount charged. Both the driver and customer care executive assured me of proper bills and invoice, which wasn't issued.

                                          Cabbazar is worst worst service, I booked the service Goa to Murdeshwar on 31st Jan, 2023 @12:05am, advance 740/- booking confirmation amount paid, mails, driver number, booking location, all confirmed but by 11:55pm cabbazar person called me and told car is broke down, u have to wait till morning or choose other service.

                                          This is the way they are doing, they didn’t arranged other cab service, they simply told, we can’t provide service at this time, and they mailed us cancelled booking, in that mail cancelled reason is This root is not for serviceable. Loot the customers time and money, close this services.
                                          So please guys don’t book this service and don’t feel after booking like us.

                                            Booked cab from Pune to Mumbai airport and on time driver didn't come to pick us up and we arranged different cab. But Cabbazar is saying we have cancelled the cab so they are not returning the booking amount.

                                              I am never ever booking from cabBazar. For my trip from Hyderabad to Srisailam, they showed 5K as the total amount and 9rs per km charge for extra kms. However, their driver asked 2500/- extra for toll and border check post. This is simply extortion, who asks 2.5K for toll? Standard toll charges are 60/- and 25/- for which our driver extorted 2.5K from us.
                                              Also he charged extra kms at 13rs per km instead of 9rs. But most shocking is you won't get the bill for all these, my final bill says 5.2K where as I ended up paying 8.8K
                                              This is fraud at next level. Also driver asked 300/- per hour additional cost, as we started 2hrs before which was again suggested by him saying place will be crowded but it was so empty.
                                              I am eligible for a refund of almost 3K because of all these hidden charges.
                                              Ma'am tolls and state taxes are not hidden charges. You have to take care of extra charges while travelling interstate for which you will have to pay interstate permit charges. Also if you cross the given time you will have to pay additional charges. These situations were never informed to Cabbazar so we could resolve it in a smooth way while you were on your trip. Just above the book now section there is an other terms option wherein all extra charges are stated very clearly and you might have not read it. So none of these were hidden charges, these were charges which you were liable to pay.

                                              I faced a similar kind of issue. My driver charged me extra for the trip, and when I immediately contacted the customer service at Cabbazar and alerted him, the executive replied that I will be provided the invoice for the total amount paid. But now, I got an email from [email protected] saying that since the driver returned back late (next day), I was bound to pay extra day charges to him, even if I complete my journey on time.
                                              My concern is even though they charged me for the extra day, they should provide me proper invoice or refund my money, which they neither did.

                                                We booked a taxi for 6 days for Pongal holidays to village. Cab bazar says and agreed package includes drivers accomodation, stay, food etc.still we have hotels in village, we offered him food. To go outside we asked driver to eat fast as driver is eating very slow by seeing YouTube in his phone.suddenly he has raised his voice and thrown plate and started shouting us .he was using words that you people has booked the cab, but not me.
                                                He has collected the money initial 1st of the trip.that to white board vehicle.and he has threatened us that he will go beyond also.
                                                He is saying that he has seen enough for the past 20 years and no one can do anything .

                                                Kindly iam requesting cabbazaar, not to encourage such idiotic drivers.kindly inform all rules and regulations to your drivers. And do not spoil your reputation.we ask you people to change the cab.u also not helped us.

                                                  Had booked a cab for travel from I Mangaluru to goa on 3rd January 2023 for 8:00 am
                                                  They arranged for a cab and gave us a details of a cab driver.
                                                  He confirmed he will be coming for the trip .but in the evening.when we shared our location.& called him .he said his car is broke down.
                                                  Cabbazar arranged for another cab with extra charges.which we agreed.
                                                  We shared our location with the driver.
                                                  and called him .he confirmed the booking and told to check out and be ready 7:45 am.
                                                  After checking out we called him.hesays that his car is broke down.
                                                  We were stranded with 2 kids and no place to stay.
                                                  After calling cabbazar again they just kept saying that we will try.but they just did nothing for 2 hrs.and we were outside the hotel with 2 kids
                                                  We managed a cab on our own paying round trip charges
                                                  We thereby demand a compensation for deficiency of service and harrasment from thier drivers.for making us checkout of the hotel and cancelling the booking without giving us any intimation.this kind of service is not acceptable.

                                                    Refused to refund after booking wrong car when I specifically asked for a sedan and booked the same. Delayed the time by 1hour and my entire family was stranded at Pune airport because of them. When I asked to cancel since it was getting late and we had a long journey ahead and they flouted all rules too, they refused to pay back

We have already issued you a voucher of the advance amount paid by you with a lifetime validity. The trip was a very short distance trip and you refused to travel at the updated time so taking the case into consideration we have provided you a voucher which can be used in your future bookings.

                                                      Don't pay advance to them! You'll never get it back even if it's cabbazar fault. I paid advance and I didn't get ride details of cab even 30 mins before ride. There's no option to cancel the booking also! The "need help" button on the trip doesn't help. Nobody sees the messages. I got a call after 12 hrs of seeking help. Email support will also not agree Cabbazar mistake. Also their rates are 20-25% higher. I got same ride at 14k for which Cabbazar took 17k and denied refund without service.

                                                        I book the cab and after 2 hours i cancelled it as they never informed me the extra charges and also driver said the pet charges are extra 1500 and some border charges 3k so i called to cancel they said it's not possible to refund they can cancel the trip and also i asked them to cancel within 2 hours of my booking. Again i also asked to negotiate the money they charged 687 in advance i asked them to take 187 and return 500rs they were not ready to do it. I need justice here i have not taken any service from them and i need my money back.
                                                        Sir the cab was already provisioned. Also the extra charges for any interstate travel trip is clearly mentioned on our website just under the book now section as the booking was not placed by us it was placed according to your convenience. However as per our refund and cancellation policies the advance amount is non refundable once the driver and cab details are allocated.

                                                          We booked a car on 25 December 2022 for our to-and-fro journey from Rajkot to Gir Forest in Gujarat for a 2-day trip on 26 December 2022. I made an advance payment and CabBazar sent me the driver's name and the car registration no. So far everying was fine. But the next day we faced the most unexpected scenario. At the appointed time, the allotted driver did not turn up to receive us; instead, someone else came who had no clue of CabBazar. It seemed the allotted driver had outsourced my booking some other person. And then the most unbelievable thing: This driver did not bring with him the car assigned by CabBazar. Instead, he brought a car WITHOUT a registration plate. How can one drive a car without a registration number, either permanent or temporary? How can we feel safe travelling in the car and the driver, none of which was allotted by CabBazar? We did not want to travel in a car which had no registration plate, not even a temporary one. So we asked the driver to go and immediately called the CabBazar help line. We got no immediate relief, only the assurance that they would call me back 'shortly', which they never did. So we had to make an alternative arrangement for our travel. Since then I kept calling CabBazar for a refund. Every time someone listened to my problem, and promised to get back to me after finding out what had happened. Everytime I called them a new person came on the line and I had to repeat my story to that person. They never called back. Then on the second day in the afternoon I got an SMS saying ''my booking is marked completed by the driver", and "I have to pay the balance amount", even though we had not used their car. It seems my earlier two telephonic complaints to CabBazar had no effect. It also seems CabBazar is not serious about customer satisfaction. After repeated calls to them and asking for a refund, one represenatative had the cheek to say that I had not complained to them as soon as I had noticed the car without the registration no., but waited for more than 2 days to tell them the same, and hence they could not give me any refund. This is pure lie.
