We had booked a cab (requested for Sedan) from Amritsar To Shimla (Trip id-176537) on 21st April 2022 at 10:00pm from Amritsar.We called the driver at 8:30pm to enquire about the whereabouts of the pickup.(The number provided was actually owner's).He demanded for Rs.4600/- fixed price and he also threatened to cancel the trip.Even after going mid way he blackmailed to drop mid way if we don't pay the half payment.He even used unparliamentary words which is exactly an unprofessional way of talking with a customer.Even he collected the total payment even before reaching the destination.It was one hell of a disastrous trip . Very disappointed with the way the customer care people responded also.They just talk for a minute and when we complained about the driver issue they cut the call and didn't even call back . Totally not happy with the cabbazar and the cab driver and Owner.

    Hi team,
    I booked 2 trip one from ranchi to daltongunj tripno( 175741) and another is daltongunj to varanasahi (175768). and we also payed extra amount in Appplication status is showing booked and payment is success and for 175768 we not received driver details . and for 175741 we received driver details but driver denied due to luggage space we are only 2 person and we have 2 trolly but still he asked for pay extra amount to change the car and we booked sedan servcie from this apps after complainting to customer servcie . customer support forcefully cancelled our trip . they directly cheating with us they play with us i have some important bussiness deal .

    As we've just checked Ms. Deeksha kumari the refundable amount for both ORDER ID - 175741 and 175768 that should be a total amount of Rs. 918/- has already been refunded back on the respective dates of bookings, if not please check with your bank or else please contact us on [protected]@cabbazar.com.
    Ms. Kumari please check here (image attached) that by our end refund was already initiated at the same time but still if not you can contact your bank.

      I had booked a cab for Round Trip from 23rd Dec to 28th December. Jaipur Airport to Lapod Drop since it was round trip the distance calculated was upto to Jaipur Airport. Allowed Km was 1679 km. My Trip was from Jaipur Airport - Pushkar - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Tanot - Longewala - Kuldhara - Lapod drop - Jaipur Airport since round trip. The day wise Km read according to sightseeing should be 1885 KM including the border. From which Pushkar was dropped as driver forgot to drive for pushkar. Now driver is showing 2381 km which is not correct 702 km. which cannot be possible. max 200 - 250 Km are expected according to local sightseeing. After Calculating the actual km of sightseeing and back to hotel distance, the extra km were 206. After the he is showing me the bill for hill ride which is not mentioned anywhere. Also day 1 he left the guest to hotel and went to gaurage to fit his number plate.

      i will not pay any extra pay apart from 206km which should be the actual count or near by.

        I booked a cab on 6th Dec, 2021 for travel from HYD airport at 12.40 pm till Jaggayyapet, Andhra Pradesh with a booking ID: 141621.

        Driver did not turn up as his other trip at Vijayawada was canceled. I was asked if I am okay for other driver arriving after 1 and half hour. I was already tired with travel for 1 and half day and said no. I asked them to cancel the service and provide refund. They cut the call, and tried rescheduling it at 2.30pm. I tried reaching them over phone. Nothing helped.

        I tried reaching cab bazar contact ([protected]) as well providing booking id, context and all details they needed at least 5 to 6 times. Even then they did not cancel and were forcing me to take up the ride after 1.5 hrs. I already told them that I availed other cab service and I was on the way. Even then they did not agree and were forcing me to either travel or to not get a refund.

        I told them to cancel the service. Finally, after a few tries, they canceled the cab putting the reason on me as if I had requested myself without their fault! I would have traveled without any of this if Driver had turned up as planned.

        They did not give any control/option online (in page or so) to request cancellation and to provide reason. Instead, only cancellation through phone [protected] is allowed.

        They did not provide any option for refund. Instead, they are forcing to take their vouchers and use next time! (I was told this over phone when I tried to reach them on [protected])

        They have not yet refunded or provided their voucher in my case yet, and I have not received any response on the request even as of now while I was typing this.

        I do not understand how they are allowed to do business openly like this even legally where they loot people and do not obey basic business rules!!

        1. They do not a have proper support/service

        2. They do not have a proper contact and channel to reach them and get our issues addressed

        3. They are charging advance amount (1150 INR in my case) and are not obeying service rules

        4. Cancelation information is not mentioned and voucher informatino in case of cancelation is also not mentione any where, and not even over phone when called for booking.

        5. Grievence contact is not mentioned anywhere

        6. Issue request status/response details are not communicated. It was just ignored.

        From all this, it seems to be a bogus and a company established to cheat people/customers and I do not get how they are still doing business!!

          The worst experience I have had.the driver was late by 45 mins.then did not agree to share the initial KM reading...The driver was abusive...he was using a rowdy tone...he said I can call cab bazar and complaint but they will not do anything to help me ...he was pretty sure on that ...he was right ...

          The customer support from cab bazar was pathetic...they are totally.unsupportive...not ready to arrange for another cab nor give the advance payment refund...i regret having booked cab through this service...

          Not only did I lose money but more importantly the entire trip got cancelled...my family was disappointed

              I was supposed to travel from Ghaziabad to Himachal Pradesh with Cab Bazar on 15.10.21 at 6 am. However the driver did not pick up, the service provider did not pick up, cab bazar did not pick up. At 7 am they picked up and refused to provide a refund. They are still refusing to do so even though it is their fault. They spoke to us rudely and made us feel unsafe as women.

                  Carbazzar is totally fraud site..
                  They don’t share all information with the customers
                  In my case, carbazzar promised that my booked car would come on time...
                  But car was not available on expected time
                  After some wait, I talked with carbazzar.
                  And said everything.
                  After told everything they talked to me rudely and without my information the cancelled my ride without refund my payment

                  This is very very very very very infinite time poor people, poor staff, poor service

                    Company charged extra for one pick up. Even though we are paying extra for extra kilometre. In their terms and condition this is not mentioned for one pick up they will charge extra.

                        Cab bazar is fraud company. After booking the car, they change the car and driver 3-4 times and don't comes on time. Customer care does not monitor anything. They also charge extra after the journey is over. I had booked a car on June 13, 2021 at 6 am for Dehradun and Delhi, no one came to pick me up. My onward train is from Delhi at 1300 hrs now I am going with family in another car, may be I will missed my train. The license of this fraud company should be canceled.

                          Do not ever use their service. They do not check the cab or the cab driver. A private car of someone landed up on my confirmed booking. Rickety car, strange driver, no receipt provided, private registration number. I had to pay some additional amount as 'tax' paid by someone-- presumably by the actual driver who had been detailed by Cab Bazar. The confirmation SMS you receive is a fraud as the amount demanded by the driver is as per his whim and in any case they have no control on which driver will land up and whether it will be a cab or a bus or a private car or a truck.

                            I booked the cab for delhi airport to mathura on 3rd April scheduled for 4th April at 4:00AM. They charged advanced payment of the Rs 316 and later sent an email confirming booking at 6:30AM which wasn’t acceptable to me and I called driver and told that he has to come early as per my requested booking and he said he will come early. After I landed at delhi airport I saw message from driver that he will be late and can’t come before 6:30Pm and can’t do anything about it. The cab bazar call center number wasn’t connecting just ringing.

                            I could not wait for the resolution or fight with these guys and had to drop my advance payment. Beware of these fraudsters and never book through Cab Bazar.

                                Hi,

                                I booked a cab from cabbazar for my weekend holiday. Booking ID: 59378. The cabbazar connected me to a travel Pravin Mane([protected]). I had done a booking for Innova and the vendor commited me Innova Crysta(MH12AY1246). HOwever on the day of journey some old vehicle was sent which was not upto the mark and had lost their suspension due to which we were not able to reach the destination successfully. Most of my family members had health issues due to the condition of the vehicle.

                                Hence I contacted the vendir Pravin Mane and due to an argument with him he ended my ride right away whithin 30 min of start of the journey and talked to me in an abusive language. Hence I tried contacting the customer support of cabbazar multiple times but no co-operation was received from their end as well. I asked them to refumd my advance paid but they denied. Later on the same day evening the customer support commited to get me a resolution the next day by 12noon but still no response.

                                However till date no response nor refund have been received. Feels like both cabbazar and the vendor have duped the customers.

                                Request you to take action against both of them and initiate my refund.

                                As said in the first image attached is this INNOVA CRYSTA? The real fact is that the vehicle that was commited to my order was given to some other customer maybe because he was paying more.

                                  I have booked a cab on 11th December 2020 from sector 23, faridabad to mathura and the package offered me from Cab bazar was rupees 1680 and I have paid 20% amount for booking. Rupees 1680 fare includes 120km free ride, state & toll tax, fuel charge, driver charge and free km I will be charge 8.5 per km but when the driver came to pickup me has said that sir your 20km are over and now you have 100 km.
                                  I have paid toll tax of 155 rupees of Yamuna express highway, then at destination I asked him please check the kms, he said 210 and as per cab bazar I have to pay for extra kms which is 90*8.50 that is 765 and remaining 80% of the package amount which is 1344 so total I have to pay is 2109 but the cab owner has taken 2200 through paytm and 400 in cash so I have paid total 2200+400+336(20% booking amount) that is 2936 so it is almost double.

                                    I have booked cab from can bazaar and driver charged 1000 rupees extra for one hour due to dalay in round up trip

                                    How it is 1000 for 1 hr just delayed 1 hr?

                                    Driver said it's our rule. And fight for that in late night

                                      We had worst taxi service till after we booked cabbazar taxi with booking id 8617 dated 16th may'19 and making advance payment of rs 3530/-. I booked for assured innova from their website https://cabbazar.com for outstation trip with my family. I received driver's information on my mail id as below

                                      On the date of journey i was in constant touch with cabbazar team as well as driver. I requested for proponent of travel time by 2 hours, i. E., by 8:00 pm which they agree on telecon. Since we were 2 families so we decided to meet at a common place at pvr saket, so that driver should not have confusion and we can start as early as possible. Before coming out of our houses we confirmed with cabbazar team and they assured me that driver will reach at destination sharp by 8:00 pm at saket pvr. We reached at pick up destination 15 minutes earlier of scheduled departure time. When i asked for whereabouts of driver, i was told by cabbazar team that driver has refused to go at last moment and they will book another innova cab which will reach by 10:15 pm only. Since we were with our families and kids and lot luggages so we were a bit disturbed with this news but we agreed for another cab as requested for driver's details. We waited patiently with our families, kids and luggages at a nearby hotel. There was no driver's details with me till 10:00 pm. At 10:10 pm, cabbazar team person on mobile number [protected] shared driver's details whose number was switched off. When i contacted cabbazar team on mobile number [protected], they told me that driver is still on the way i should keep patience. Since all the shops were closed, waiting with 2-3 years kids late in night with luggage was horrible experience. At 11;30 pm, i contacted cabbazar team on on mobile number [protected], told me that this cab has refused to go i have to cancel booking now. When i said we are severe issues as we were with kids cabbazar team person on mobile number [protected] was shamelessly laughing on listening all this.
                                      At our utmost frustration, we asked him to cancel the booking and asked for refund immediately which he said will take 5-6 working days. Since, we had already booked hotel at place to visit so we booked cab on almost 1.5th cost late in night by 2:00 am.
                                      We need immediate refund of payment against our booking id :8617 & 8603 and compensation of rs 7000/- for the difference of amount that i had to pay to new cab

                                      Refund of amount Rs 3, 530/- against Booking ID # 8617 has still not been done by Cabbazar team even after so many days. There was no offical contact by cabbazar team for anything. They seem to be not caring about their customers
                                      Sir as we've just checked your refundable amount Rs.3530/- has already been refunded back to you on the same day of booking on 17/05/2019 . Also we do sincerely apologize about this frustrating experience you had to through.

                                        Bad behaviour, zero commitment level,
                                        Driver mismanaged, not recommmended.
                                        I requested for 2 hours early pick up but they refused to do at the last moment even after confirming on phone.
                                        After calling on the driver’s phone number provided on my mail, the person said he is not driver and driver is about to come from chandigarh and he will provide number soon. Even 1 hour before pick up there was no driver’s number with me. We had planned for whole family tour at dharamshala. This company kept me enganged for whole 2 days with useless discussion. The person on other side was always argumentative

                                          Had booked cab through cab bazar (https://cabbazar.com/) for an emergency purpose. On the way met with a small accident, and couldn't complete the journey with the cab. The driver pleaded for complete payment, quoting reasons that he didn't have money to repair, it was an unknown place for him, and that too the incident happened at early morning 4'o clock. Thinking that the company will be professional and would address my grievance once issue was reported, i made the payment, and continued the journey on my own. But instead, when contacted, they were absolutely rude, and told there wouldn't be any refund, and it was my mistake to have made the payment. And now i'm not able to contact them as well (May be got blocked), so this is the only way i can voice myself now.

                                          There is no feedback mechanism for review also, on trip completion. The only thing they did is communication of an invoice based on driver's input.

                                          Before they asked for booking id, had furnished the same, but still a standard automated response comes asking again for booking id, which clearly indicates their standard of customer service - pathetic.!

                                          I suggest all my friends to book from local operator or other, otherwise these people will loot and you will also be helpless

                                            Booked a cab with this fraud agency. Booked from https://cabbazar.com/ a week ago, they took advance amount and on the day of travel they cancelled my trip and i missed my flight. They are fraud. Still they are not picking my registered number and are picking all other numbers. Still my advance are under their grasp. Neither they are guilty about crime they have done nor they are refunding my advance and are not compensating for my flight
