Cabbazar — Cheating Case-Booking ID

I have been scammed by Cab Bazar Call centre representative.. Please see the flow of activities ( Dated:- 6 th April '23)

1) 9.45 pm I book cab and pay the advance amount.( Online
2) 9.47pm Booking received and I see everything is not included, ( This time toll tax and state tax not included)as earlier booking done with them it used to be inclusive
3)9.49 pm I immediately speak to call centre representative to have this cancellation done, but he was busy explaining other things
4) 9.51 pm when we were discussing on cancellation he allocates random driver and taxi ( A week before which generally happens 24 hrs prior to journey-I think this time they were better planned😋 or planning for cheating 🤔
5) After allocation he does the cancellation and then refuse to refund the amount ( as per policy if car is allocated no refund will be given.
Rs 1076/-

Its height of cheating done, request you all to be cautious and avoid Booking with them and save your hard earned money.
They have lost today one customer

If you have made bookings earlier as well with us so you must be aware about the allocations and inclusions/exclusions you get. While travelling interstate you will have to take care of the toll/state tax which is sel[censored]nderstandable. We do have toll/state tax included in some trips but only on selected routes so no one can miss out checking about the inclusions. The driver/cab were already allocated but the confirmation message takes about 10-15 mins to get delivered to you. So a refund is not applicable in this case.
