If you have made bookings earlier as well with us so you must be aware about the allocations and inclusions/exclusions you get. While travelling interstate you will have to take care of the toll/state tax which is sel[censored]nderstandable. We do have toll/state tax included in some trips but only on selected routes so no one can miss out checking about the inclusions. The driver/cab were already allocated but the confirmation message takes about 10-15 mins to get delivered to you. So a refund is not applicable in this case.
