Cabbazar — Regarding refund of amount

I booked can Bazar for my trip from madurai to rameshwaram with refernce to booking id 504093.first I messaged them but no driver allocated so I cancel the booking but their system says that driver alloted at 9:48 am and you cancel ticket at 9:49 exact one minute differce after that I told that in app there were no driver was allocated and I recuevd message at 10:00 for refernce I am attaching screen shot than they said you have network issue than I told I will share the mail with same time they said will not give you single money and whole money is ours now. Please do the needful in this as they are cheating lot of persons and also giving threat please stop their services in India. They are breaching and treating the customer and said no can do anything of ours how one can clearly say these things kindly take the matter seriously i will be very thankful for you help
Please take necessary action against them

As we've already briefed you about the same that while cancelling the booking, a pop up/notification appears stating that the driver and cab allocation is done and on cancellation the complete advance amount will be forfeited as a cancellation charge to which you agreed and provided your consent.
