Cabbazar — Not returned money

I booked my trip from chennai vadapalani to muthupettai (booking ID 502094) on 23.12.23 10AM one day before but they didn't arrange any driver or vehicle till morning and they informed no one available so the price may increase and it will charged extra when I contacted customer care. So due to their poor service I am afraid to take my family with them so I cancelled my booking. But they didn't returned my complete account to bank. And they provided vouchers for partial amount. I informed clearly based on your customer service only I took voucher for previous booking cancellation but it's no more worth for booking vehicle with your company fornew booking. But they are not accepting which is really bad policy. How they can hold my money without my acceptance? I request our government to take necessary action to avoid others not to struggle like me in last day of booking. Please ensure our national people are getting their money as they wish. Not as per their company policy because it's hard earned money for each person.
