Driver refused local travel

I booked a cab for 6 days at Banglaore for my family on a vacation for Bangalore, Ooty & Mysore. As displayed & information recieved I was to be charged around 28900 for the entire booking. which covered 1500 kms, at 250 km per day.

While my family came back from Mysore to Bangalore the driver & Cab Bazar refused to take me around Bangalore. They said you would only have a drop in Bangalore & if you want to roam bangalore,...

I have booked cab for Mumbai from Pune for two days . I have paid Rs 1455 advance, and total bill was 9100 excluding toll . I have been tol apart from this toll need to be paid .
My nightmare starts after I have paid my advance and placed booking

1 Couple of drivers called and ask me to pay more
2 The driver who was assigned this trip Sagar, was outsourced this trip to some one else who was having no clue of Cabbazar policy and my package taken
3 I have been taken from Pune to Mumbai on a pathetic taxi which was dirty as hell . the driver was rude and abusive and forced me to pay Rs 150 for no reason
4 After that I was stranded at Dadar for half an hour with my family and baggage . Meanwhile I was continuously hurled abuses by the driver mentioned by 3 . I was literally frightened for my family 's safety .
5 After half an hour, another driver Amit came for trip and he was even worse
6 Playing music at high volume and talking vulgar with friends on speaker
7 After he dropped me at the hotel, he told that he do not want to continue with trip for next day
8 At the end of the trip, he forced me to pay 250 Km * Rs 17, plus he asked me to pay Rs 300 for night charges even though the trip ended before 12. But in the package it was clearly mentioned there will be no night charge within trip days duration . I tried to argue with him that I have taken a package of 500 km for two days, the bill should be as per cab bazar package I have taken . But no success, only intimidation by driver
9 I was forced to pay Rs 400 parking fees, but there was no parking ticket shown by driver when I asked him the same . he simply parked on the road but forced me the pay that amount
8 I raised this Cab bazar service desk, asked them to return half of the advance fee as trip was just 1 day.They simply refused .
9 This is case of forgery and intimidation and threat to family

    Sir as already discussed multiple times. You have only paid half amount to the driver which is one day trip cost, you have not paid any extra amount to him. And we did not refuse, after hearing from you we reverted half of your advance amount already. At the time of incident you did not inform us at all, so how can we assist you without knowing anything. Even you know very well how much you've paid and not paid the full amount at all. Please calculate everything first and think about it again so you can get an answer on your own.

      I’m traveling with 2 kids and older parents from Srisailam to Hyderabad. I booked cab from cabbazar and driver did confirmation yesterday and suddenly he cancelled my cab at pickup time(7:30 am) and Cabbazar did not inform customer and I need to follow with cabbazar about when cab will come. Cabbazar executive told me we will arrange alternative cab till 9:00 am and then cancel my booking.
      My hotel check-out at 8:00 am and need to seat In waiting room.

      Cabbazar is vey pathetic service.Do not use cabbazar.

        I have booked the taxi for my parents from bhopal to anumala township gujarat after paying 1k advance online. the pick up was scheduled at 3:45 at bhopal railway station, at per the rules of cab bazar driver will not ask for any money till the ride is completed except state tax and toll tax.
        as soon as journey was started the driver asked the money for fuel on which my parents paid him 3k at the same time for fuel.
        The cab was broke down around 11:30 in the night at some unknow place inbetween bhopal and anumala township.
        Some unknown traveller help the cab driver to tow the taxi to some nearby location where mechanic was available so that the journey would be complete.
        When all efforts were gone in vain after trying for 2 hours, my parents ask the driver to gave them the luggage so they can ask those travellers to lift them to the sestination.
        on which driver asked them to pay whole money or he will not give the luggage at any cost and start harassing them, with the help of the
        travellers my parents leave that place after paying 500 to the driver and reached home in the morning.
        Next day the driver has started the messages to me and my parents over whatsapp and asking for remaining amount to pay, when we haven't replied he start abusing my parents through audio messages with maa behan ki galiyaan.
        than i asked them to block him immediately.
        this is how pathetic cab bazar services is, driver has harassed my family.

          Do not use thus service.The drivers are unsafe and untrustworthy.They over charge on mileage.Cabbazar does nothing to help.Our driver demanded more money and refused to give our luggage, cabbazar customer service encouraged this behaviour.Police had to be called and nearly arrested the driver.Unsafe for women and will report to the ministry of transport.

            I want refund of rs. 1200. Worst service and experience ever.. Not recommended at all. Driver's behaviour is too rude. Took extra 1200 rs. apart from the website rates by cornering us. Driver was on call while driving. Many misinterpretation from the enquiry no, consealing the facts. They r not at all helpful but misleading..Never ever book by cab bazar.
            As we've checked your trip was a round trip only between Vadodara to statue o[censored]nity and back again but then you got change in plans and then wanted a drop off at Ankleshwar which is about 98 kms (one way) from statue o[censored]nity. So, yes it will cost you some extra money if you travel extra km which is also not mentioned in your itinerary. Furthermore, the driver first confirmed about charging some extra money for extra kms and you were okay with it because your cab was only booked till statue o[censored]nity and Ankleshwar is somewhere else. According to charges per km, you should have paid Rs.1900/- but the driver agreed only on Rs.1200/- so you were not in any loss. It was a profit of Rs.700/- for you.

                    Counterfeit Service and not refunding the amount

                    I am writing about Cabbazar Company. I rented a Car (SUV) From NH3 Bandrol to Chandigarh Railway Junction on 01-Nov-22 Booking I'd 257401 and requested for car carrier as we had luggage with us. As we were 5 members with luggage and the travel time was 7hrs 9mins. The Driver called and said he has received the booking from Kullu. I tried to clarify the detail and sent him an email received from Cabbazar with the details diver denied coming...

                    I have booked my cab from nagpur to pune on 29october 2022 schedule pickup time 11pm
                    They assigned one driver within Half an hour and I was amazed by their services.
                    By 8:30pm(approx.) I got a call from driver that he has cancelled his ride and told his manager to assign someone else on his behalf.
                    I tried to speak customer care several times but couldn't reach them.
                    I chase to find their another number and I went closure to my departure time.
                    It was around 10:30pm customer care responded and assigned another driver.
                    By 10:38pm(closure to my departure time)
                    Driver cancelled the ride by saying that the charges are to low to ride from nagpur to pune.
                    I chase customer care again
                    They said give me 5mins we will resolve your issue. I waited too long now and i am worried for my ride .
                    I chase customer care again they said okay I have found driver for you and please check your application.
                    I said okay.

                    I received a text message from cabbazaar and they cancelled my ride they gave me 200rs voucher for not providing my services, took my time, didn't understand my urgency acted tike coward.
                    Pathetic people who are in customer care of they were unable to provide driver for this long route they should have informed directly while booking the cab.
                    My time and job would never came back.
                    This issue was caused only due to heavy demands. Please accept our apology. We’ll be sure to make sure your next experience with Cabbazar is a positive one.

                      Cabbazar offers different variety of Cab (hatchback, Sedan, SUV etc..) as per requirement on paid basis.

                      For my journey from Gandhinagar to Mount Abu, I booked Sedan owing to my luggage quantity.
                      My journey date is 21-October
                      During discussion with Driver, he refused to provide space in Car's dikki, due to installation of Gas kit.
                      It is violation of terms, as i booked sedan exclusively for luggage and this facility is denied by vendor.
                      Despite of extensive discussion, cab bazar did not agree and i had to book SUV by paying extra 3000/-

                      This is sheer care of blackmailing and cheating.
                      I need cashback refund of 3000/-

                        I had pre-booked a to and fro trip from Kolkata to Galsi on 11st August.
                        The trip was scheduled for 1st October and the return was booked for 6th October. I received confirmation with the details of the cab on 11st August itself.
                        On 30th September, I received another confirmation stating that my car model has been changed and a car with similar comfort level will be provided. On the day of the travel, I get a call stating that the said car has technical issue and another replacement car will be provided. The earlier confirmed car was Innova Cysta and finally I got a Mahindra Bolero for my onward travel. As the driver was good and I reached destination safely i did not complain much. So three changes for 1 service already.
                        Now for return based on my onward experience I called customer service on 5th October to reconfirm my car and was told that the car booked would be available on 6th and I should not worry. On 6th I got a confirmation that a 5 seater will be provided instead on my earlier booked 7 seater. This confirmation came 1.5 hours before my journey. I again called customer service and they confirmed that a 7 seater will be made available at the time of my journey. Exactly 1 hour before my journey my cab booking was cancelled stating unavailable cabs. The customer service team mentioned that are telling me much in advance and I should be thankful for that. Please help customers like us who are harassed despite providing advance booking charges. I was travelling with a senior citizen and two kids and I was hassled despite booking two months in advance.                           My booking id is 236772.I booked cab on 17.09.2022 from Chennai airport (9.00am) to Vellore and back to catch my return flight (7.30pm), After sitting in car it is in very bad state AC not working and driver asked for 2100.00(2000 for DIESEL and 100.00 For Airport Parking) I told him to pay later but he said tank is empty cant go further so I paid 2040.00 (2000 UPI transfer and 40.00 cash for airport parking), When driver starts AC after filling fuel, it got overheat and stops after 1.5 kms. Driver ask me to travels non AC (very hot weather )but still I agreed as I had to return back on time to catch my return flight. after 2-3 kms car again stops and overheats .Around 1 hour passed in all these procedures. Somehow I helped in and took car to Garage Mechanic said that water assembly is damaged and it took 4-5 hours for repairing and also advice to took another car for my further journey, All this matter already is in knowledge of customer care, I asked Customer care to arrange another cab but they show me helpless that they cant do anything, AT 12.30 pm with help from locals, I Took another private car at DOUBLE PRICE to continue my journey after assurance from customer care that my Total aid amount will be refunded, Now cabbazar is saying that they cant do anything.

                            Hi I would like to male a complaint againts Cab bazar with my booking reference 230982
                            I had made my booking with them yesterday at 11:30pm
                            and in 15 min I had to cancel as they website says no hidden fees no additional charge.
                            I paid deposit of Rs 1144 which has been taken twice from my account I have no idea how
                            First my car was Enjoy later a driver told me its Ertica and ask me to pay for parking and toll tax
                            My husband was annoyed with there service and we cancelled it with in 15 min
                            now they are not refunding nor they had provided me a service
                            I need a refund of Rs 2288
                            If you can kindly look in to this and help me
                            out.

                                This is with regards to the services we have availed from cabbazar. They have given mental harrasement. The cab was booked from Bangalore to ooty at 6am in the morning and driver on first delayed by 3 hours and due to heavy traffic we reached the location after 12 hours whereas it should be 6 hours. Driver has wasted next day 2 hours by locking his own cab. We have missed our said schedule bookings at ooty. Our money got wasted due to drivers negligence. Post that while final payment we asked him for compensation for delays and missed bookings, he called police. At night 2 pm we were standing on road and talking to police for such nonsense act of driver. On top of it this suggestion of calling police was given by one of the customer care rep of cabbazar and he was giving 'Dhamaki' to us. We are very normal people but such thing has given mental harassment and now I would like to sue this company for the same.

                                  I had booked an AC Cab for 8th August, 2022 from Shakar Pur, Vikas Marg, Delhi-92 to ITM, Karsua, Aligarh. Me & my aon boarded the Cab at 5 AM. After travelling for about 1 km I requested the Cab Driver to switch on AC. But he informed that since the front left side window glass is broken, the AC cannot be used. Since we had to reach ITB Aligarh by 7AM for SSC Exam, we had no other option but to travel in the non-ac Cab. Had he informed is before boarding, Cab, we would have used our own Car instead of this Non-AC Cab. Since I had paid for an AC Cab but due to negligence of Cab Bazar, we were compelled to travel in a non-ac Cab, I am entitled for refund of differential amount of non-ac & ac Cab. It is, therefore, requested to refund the differential amount immediately otherwise I will have no other option but to move the appropriate forum for resolution of my grievance.

                                      I have booked the cab and just 30 mins before pickup they are asking for additional money... So I have cancelled and they have not refunded the initial payment amount. Useless service.. This should not on anyone travel plans... Avoid it.

                                        We hired a taxi from Cab bazar from Gurgaon to Haridwar . there was no petrol and diesel in the car and CNG was over . at 12 Night we were in the mid of the dark road with 2 children and driver went to petrol and came back after am hour even not receiving call in the mid . then we ask him to fill petrol but the owner and driver refused . then we gave extra money apart from the rent then we reached at 3 PM to haridwar. owner and driver was very un professional and even not listening

                                          Hi.. I booked a round trip cab from Cab bazar. Com online from 28 may to 31 may from Delhi to Pipar Gawan, UP. I paid around 2500 in advance while booking and I got the details of driver name Dinesh Kumar . Booking (ID:191483), Maruti Suzuki Ertiga (DL1ZD0547) . First fraud they did was they sent another driver whose name was Deepak and he dropped us here in Pipar gawan and left.. I paid him total 8500 in advance which he took by the reason 3000 for petrol..
                                          2000 for toll taxes for there fast tag recharge and another 3500 for some kind of permit and car repair... He said they he will pick us up on 31st ... On 29th I got a text from Deepak in which he said that he will not be able to come as he left for delhi and told me. to contact the person from which I booked the cab.. Later on I got to have a word with Dinesh and he promised that either he or any other person will be sent who will pick us up from pipar gawan.. On 31 when we were suppose to leave for delhi, I called the driver Dinesh in the morning and he did not pick my call.. I called him multiple times from 11;30 to 2:30 but he did not pick... Moreover one small bag was also left in the car which contain some of my stuff and he(Deepak ) took with him.. Now both of the did not answer and I had to book another cab from here..

                                          I called cab bazar and reported the complete incident and they told me that they will call me back in 30 min but I only received a text which showed my booking was canceled...

                                          This is a total scam and they do not care at all how a person would feel when they left them stranded without any notice..

                                          I will for sure file a police complaint once I have reached delhi and I will make sure that both of these drivers are behind the bars..

                                          Moreover I am also going to file a lawsuit against cab bazar and I will make them suffer..

                                            Cab driver - Pramod[protected]. He lied he is the owner and the driver ran away. as we were 5 females family traveling from Bhopal we had to book a private cab from him, which came 4-5 hours late. When he came he called with the same number so I got to know he was lying and same tone. All the way he stopped cab and he took his selfies and bothered a our family girl to take his photos, he took her cap straight away from her head without permission. As this was not enough he also theft a blanket and pillow from the kedarayatih resort we booked. We lost around 26k for this trip for this cab. Pathetic services never book from a cab bazaar.

                                              I have booked a cab on 22 May from Delhi to Ramnagar. by mistake date got selected for 23 May.
                                              I have asked CabBazar team if they can update date from 23rd to 22nd May. they asked me to cancel the booking.
                                              I have already paid advanced for that booking. which they gave as voucher with one day expiry. i was not able to use that voucher that time.
                                              I want a refund that amount.

                                                I booked a cab online through them from darjeeling to kalimpong around 9pm a day before for 11am. They charged me booking amount of 600+ in return they said cab is booked and details will be provided soon. Which they didn't at all. I called them plenty times in the morning to which they replied all time we are arranging and will give details in half an hour which they never. In the end i had to cancel it off because of no confirmation from their side(184242) was the booking id.
                                                In the end they said we will send your money back in a week time which still after 11 days didn't hapeen yet. They are running a scam for sure.

                                                  My booking ID is 181445 on 17 may. I booked cab for my relative from kolkata airport to kirnahar west bengal. I paid advance 499 for this on 4 May 22. As per website it was ac cab but while boarding cab driver said ac will not be provided. Later when I called customer care ac was given and he asked for 500 rs advance for toll which was given to him. Then during journey he asked for rs 1000 from my relative to fill petrol and he paid the same to driver. As he was not aware that it should be given to him . Then on completing the journey bill amout of 2993 was generated from company instead of 2693 which was quoted by cabbazar on booking. We paid 2993 not aware that cab driver has already taken 1000 rs. When I got to know this called him several times but he did not respond. So as per company the cab was for 3100 plus toll on booking. But I paid total amount of 4772 rs.                                                     I have booked a cab from their site but i had to cancel it for some reason
                                                    Therefore i called them at appropriate time to cancel at that time no details were shared with me
                                                    I called the customer service a lot of times but nobody was taking the responsibility and all of them were rude

                                                      in trailing mail mentioned reason is not a true reason my reasons as mentioned below
                                                      1. As of now we have used 5/6 trips through Cab Bazar. The last 3 trips are very very disappointing as customer we book a cab and we are not informed its CNG Cab and in Maharashtra CNG is not available easily 2. On the last 3 trips we waited more than 2 hours to fill CNG even in the night time as well 3. As a customer we are paying for save the travel time and comfort as well but we are truly not getting both
                                                      I hope i will receive your reply on this matter and in future will get good service against the same, the same review i am sharing on google as well

                                                        I m magesh from chennai.
                                                        I booked cab from Coimbatore to munnar 2 days back..and it was confirmed to me that I'll get a cab today by 11 A.M.
                                                        But they have cancelled at 11.05 saying no Cab available.
                                                        I'm in middle of coimbatore with my wife and 2 years baby.
                                                        Honestly tell me what I would do in this situation..u guys are playing with customers sitting some where and making fun by booking cab and cancelling it.
                                                        The customer service does not show any empathy for that.
