Counterfeit Service and not refunding the amount

I am writing about Cabbazar Company. I rented a Car (SUV) From NH3 Bandrol to Chandigarh Railway Junction on 01-Nov-22 Booking I'd 257401 and requested for car carrier as we had luggage with us. As we were 5 members with luggage and the travel time was 7hrs 9mins. The Driver called and said he has received the booking from Kullu. Worst service

I have booked my cab from nagpur to pune on 29october 2022 schedule pickup time 11pm
They assigned one driver within Half an hour and I was amazed by their services.
By 8:30pm(approx.) I got a call from driver that he has cancelled his ride and told his manager to assign someone else on his behalf.
I tried to speak customer care several times but couldn't reach them.

Service Quality

Cabbazar offers different variety of Cab (hatchback, Sedan, SUV etc..) as per requirement on paid basis.

For my journey from Gandhinagar to Mount Abu, I booked Sedan owing to my luggage quantity.

Service booked but cab cancelled at last moment

No service and taken money twice

This is with regards to the services we have availed from cabbazar. They have given mental harrasement. The cab was booked from Bangalore to ooty at 6am in the morning and driver on first delayed by 3 hours and due to heavy traffic we reached the location after 12 hours whereas it should be 6 hours. Asking for additional money just 30 mins before scheduled pickup

I have booked the cab and just 30 mins before pickup they are asking for additional money... So I have cancelled and they have not refunded the initial payment amount. Useless service.. This should not on anyone travel plans... Avoid it....

Booking amount not returned

I have booked a cab on 22 May from Delhi to Ramnagar. by mistake date got selected for 23 May.
I have asked CabBazar team if they can update date from 23rd to 22nd May. they asked me to cancel the booking.
I have already paid advanced for that booking. which they gave as voucher with one day expiry. i was not able to use that voucher that time.
I want a refund that amount....

I booked a cab online through them from darjeeling to kalimpong around 9pm a day before for 11am. Extra charges taken and fraud done by driver

My booking ID is 181445 on 17 may. I booked cab for my relative from kolkata airport to kirnahar west bengal. I paid advance 499 for this on 4 May 22. As per website it was ac cab but while boarding cab driver said ac will not be provided. Refund amount

I have booked a cab from their site but i had to cancel it for some reason
Therefore i called them at appropriate time to cancel at that time no details were shared with me
I called the customer service a lot of times but nobody was taking the responsibility and all of them were rude
Appropriate actions should be taken against them...

in trailing mail mentioned reason is not a true reason my reasons as mentioned below

Worst service..booked cab abd u cancelled last minute

I m magesh from chennai.
I booked cab from Coimbatore to munnar 2 days back..and it was confirmed to me that I'll get a cab today by 11 A.M.
But they have cancelled at 11.05 saying no Cab available.
I'm in middle of coimbatore with my wife and 2 years baby.
Honestly tell me what I would do in this situation..u guys are playing with customers sitting some where and making fun by booking cab and cancelling it.br...

Driver asking for more Pay

I had booked a cab for Round Trip from 23rd Dec to 28th December. Jaipur Airport to Lapod Drop since it was round trip the distance calculated was upto to Jaipur Airport. Allowed Km was 1679 km. Cab service was canceled / rescheduled without my consent and money was not refunded

I booked a cab on 6th Dec, 2021 for travel from HYD airport at 12.40 pm till Jaggayyapet, Andhra Pradesh with a booking ID: 141621.

Driver did not turn up as his other trip at Vijayawada was canceled. I was asked if I am okay for other driver arriving after 1 and half hour. I was already tired with travel for 1 and half day and said no. I asked them to cancel the service and provide refund. They cut the call, and tried rescheduling...

The worst experience I have had.the driver was late by 45 mins.then did not agree to share the initial KM reading...The driver was abusive...he was using a rowdy tone...he said I can call cab bazar and complaint but they will not do anything to help me ...he was pretty sure on that ...he was right ...

I was supposed to travel from Ghaziabad to Himachal Pradesh with Cab Bazar on 15.10.21 at 6 am. However the driver did not pick up, the service provider did not pick up, cab bazar did not pick up. At 7 am they picked up and refused to provide a refund. They are still refusing to do so even though it is their fault. They spoke to us rudely and made us feel unsafe as women....
