Cabbazar — Poor service from cab bazar

I recently booked a SUV from Gurgaon to Lucknow. Initially they sent Innova details and later on the same day shared the details of Ertiga. When spoke to them they said Innova is not available (though Ertiga is also mentioned in their web-site as SUV). Cab reported on time, driver was a nice person. Cab was not clean, broken, seats in poor condition.

Problems started after 2.5-3 hours of travel. AC stopped working and driver tried to fix this showing to road side mechanics.

In the meantime I had spoken with the customer care executives at least 4-5 times to get this resolved by sending another car or cancelling the booking. Both these options were not there as per their policy and if in case of cancellation, the entire amount to be paid.

Never expected this kind of a service.

It is requested to take strict action against them as well as to put certain rules and regulations.
