Cabbazar — Not sending cab at Required time and not refunding advance payment

Hello Team:

I have requested a cab from Bloom Hotel - Katra to Chandigarh via Cabbazar application. The Trip ID is 1103397

I was suppose to leave by 4 pm and there was no confirmed driver alloted to me untill 4.30pm. I received more than 5 different drivers requesting my location and I have shared the same on call specifically mentioning that I am in Katra and drivers acknowledging the same.

Finally, I had to book a local cab and go to my destination.
Now, on requesting a refund of INR 1660, the cabbazar support team has declined the same.

Kindly assist.
