I had booked a roundtrip journey from cab bazar from 9th to 13th April to visit Kandaghat, Shimla and Kufri. I was charged for 1250 km for 5 days. We are staying in club mahindra kandaghat. However the cab driver refused to go to shimla on the 3rd day citing that we had already travelled to shimla and he will not go again. The same was informed to the cab bazar support team. at 9 am. After discussing for 4 hours with the cab bazaar team, the driver finally went to Shimla on the 3rd day. However, again on 4th day he refused to go to mall road shimla citing that the vehicle is running on petrol and not CNG on hills. so he can not go even if the km limit has not been exhausted. The driver informed us that we can only go up to 5 km from kandaghat and not more than this. In case we want to go we have to pay for the petrol. We could not use the vehicle and the same was again informed to cab bazar customer care. However the cab bazar team could not provide any resolution in spite of multiple follow ups with the team on the mobile no [protected]. We could not use the vehicle on 4th day. On 5th day we came back to delhi. The total kms running was 950.
I have done multiple bookings with cab bazar. However this is the first time i am facing such an issues. As we could not use the vehicle for one day and 250 km, it is requested that charges for 1 days should be deducted from the vendor / taxi owner and should be refunded to me.
