Cabbazar — Trip to pithoragarh

I had booked ertiga from Rudrapur to pithoragrh for 26th november. I was asked to pay some amount in advance, which i did, then the driver asked to pay him for toll tax and city tax before the trip, the same was also done, On nearing the trip date the company kept on changing the driver details regularly . on 25 th november i got driver details his cell no and pick up point.
when i contacted driver his phone was switched off, on contacting cab bazaar they assured me they will provide new driver within an hour, but after one hour no cab and driver was sent and the company asked me to arrange personally since no one was available, from rudrapur i had to go to pithoragarh which is approximately 280 kms, at that time with family i had no option, this is a fake site, think before booking, i have still not received the toll tax maount which i had pad earlier, when contacted everytime they ask for proof, and on submitting no response from the company
