I am filing this complaint regarding a very poor experience with CabBazar. I had booked a WagonR for 8 hours, and the driver assigned to us (Uma Shankar) was completely untrained and unprofessional. He lacked basic driving skills and did not know how to use Google Maps.
Throughout the trip, he kept getting lost, revisiting the same locations multiple times, and failed to remember routes. This caused a lot of delay, mental stress, and frustration. Our entire day was wasted because of his incompetence.
I am extremely disappointed and request CabBazar to look into this matter seriously. Assigning such drivers not only affects customer experience but also questions passenger safety. I expect a proper response and action from the company. Was this information helpful? |
