[Resolved] Cadbury — Cadbury roasted almond | |
I Bought the (Cadbury roasted almond) from SK bakers @Mehdipatnam near Piller No 28, Opp Pooja Medical Hall, on 26th Aug, when i opened this pack found that complete chocolate is with fungus layer on this and its was smelling very Bad, Next day when i visited the same shopkeeper and complaint him he says he is Retailer and he is wont prepare it in his shop, in this regards he cant do any thing. when i ask him then whom shall i ask for this he says to call call center, as he is not the responsible to contact, later on he shared the number of some person of Cadbury company, i called him and said him about the issue, he also refuse to accept this and said not to take the chocolate from this shop and go to other shop, but he is not taking the responsibility for getting it change or refund and was using unparliamentary language when i was speaking with him his number is ([protected] Name: Satya).
