I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase of Cadbury chocolate. On [30-08-23], I bought a [cadbury dairy milk silk fruit and nut] from [Rudraaditya Store] located at [60 ft. Road mahavir enclave part 2/3 new delhi -110059].
Upon opening the sealed packet of chocolate, to my shock and dismay, I not only discovered that a significant portion of the chocolate was already eaten but also noticed an unmistakable smell of oil emanating from the packet. This was a clear case of product tampering or contamination, and it has left me deeply dissatisfied as a loyal Cadbury customer.
I have attached photographs as evidence of both the tampered product and the unpleasant odor for your reference.
I believe that Cadbury, as a renowned and trusted brand, should maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for its products. Such incidents not only damage the brand's reputation but also raise concerns about the integrity of your manufacturing and packaging processes.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly, including the source of the unpleasant odor, and take appropriate actions to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or a replacement for the tampered chocolate.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue. You can reach me at [[protected]@lic.du.ac.in] if you require any further information or clarification.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that Cadbury can restore my confidence in its products through a swift and satisfactory resolution.
Sincerely,
Surbhi Yadav
