[Resolved]  Cadbury India — Oil smell for dairymilk silk fruit and nut

I bought Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Fruit and Nut chocolate on 14/09/2014 for Rs.60/- with CODE: 140503 82 and BAR CODE:[protected]. I opened and ate a piece it smelled like old oil or kerosene something like that. I immediately closed the cover and called to the Cadbury customer care no.[protected]. They responded and said to seal the pack and keep it safe in a cool place and not to return to the shop, so that they would send their representative. Till date no body came or called and I again called to ensure whether my complaint was registered or not with the Cadbury team. They checked the database and said my complaint was registered but they could not say when the representative would come. I am very much irritated with the company and planning to go to consumer court for justice.--- Abhinav Moorthi - Mob.no.[protected]

My problem is resolved. The Cadbury company's Areas Sales Manager and Representative came to my home and replaced the chocolate. Register your complaint with name and mobile number in this forum like me. Check whether the same has been notified to Cadbury customer Care Team. Found only one cadbury shot in a pack of two

I got a cadbury shots today and in that vacuum filled pack only one shot is there.I have not even opened that pack and left it how i got it.I would like if you can have a look on this case.

I bought a Diary Milk Oreo from a retail shop in Dahisar.
Opened it and found it smeared in some kinda oil which also has a funny smell. Attaching images for your reference.
Not lodged a complaint yet but hope this helps...
