Today[protected] @ 7.30 pm visited ccd outlet, damodar villa, kothrud, pune. And ordered combo of mischief coffee + cheese chilli toast @ rs. 238/- + gst and chocolate - joie for rs. 120/-. The expected bill amount was expected to be rs. 238+5% = 249.9 + rs. 120, totaling to rs. 369.9 I was told to pay rs. 410/-. I raised overcharging issue on the counter but to no use. The shop did not give an invoice to me even after requesting several times. Further, i called your toll free number, received number of store managers, called the manager (Mr. Kiran), got a callback from mr. Pranav who said that he shall call back in 5 minutes, but no call back received. The chocolate purchased was really in bad shape, photos attached for your reference.
