[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Ccd app billing issue. | |||||
Dear team, I'm highly disappointed due to facing technical issues during billing, multiple times. Today morning when i made a payment of 469/- to ccd vijaya bank layout bangalore, the amount got deducted from the ccd app lime wallet (Screens attached herewith) but the executive at the counter insisted me to make the payment again due to some technical issues. The same thing happened on 11th of june, i had made a payment of 451/- using lime wallet but the executive forced me to make the payment again by cash so i did make the payment by sodexo. So total of rs 920 (469+451) has been deducted from my lime wallet. Even you can notice there is a mismatch in bill amount also, they are not able to generate the bill again for 469 (Exact amount) and for 451 (Billed on 11th june) they had provided me a manual bill which i lost. This kind of technical issues while billing i had never faced in any other layout in bangalore except this one.
