[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — cheating on card payments | |||
Hi i went to kacheguda railway station to pick my parents. As the train was delayed i went to coffee day and spent some time over there. I ordered for veg burger and paid rs208 through card payment. They gave the bill to me. Once i took my food, they said the card payment is didn't turn to be successful and i have to pay it again. But i have received the message from my bank stating the rs208 is deducted from my account. They did connect me to their manager over phone, and i have explained. They said i have to call my bank to rectify this. I was surprised about it. And i am able realise that they are trying to cheat. I left the food and walk away. The money i paid is lost. I would like to have someone intervene on this and they are not doing such cheating for any others. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have placed an order for grounded coffee online on 24.4.19. It has net been shipped till date. No reply on email. Customer care person says it will be shipped within a day but it has already been a week they are repeating the same statement
