[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Complaint regarding misbehavior of CCD (Millenium PlazaFC road, Shivaji nagar) employee

Mohammad Amir is a CCD employee at CCD, Millenium Plaza, FC Road, Shivaji Nagar branch. When I approached for placing an order at counter, I told him that I have freecharge coupon ([protected]). Its a buy 1 get 1 coupon code applicable to beverage purchase. He asked me very rudely to provide printout of the same. I told him that as per coupon terms I can show you coupon details from smart-phone. I even showed him the details of the coupon. But he rudely misbehaved and asked me that if there is any rule written then show. Its very rude way to talk with customers and show such kind of attitude towards customers. I did show him the written terms online. It really spoiled our mood at this ccd outlet. This ccd also does not maintain there washrooms clean and frequently its closed for usage.
