[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Delivery of product not made | |||
Hello Sir/ mam I had ordered a coffee pack online (Mysore pack Royal) from Cafe Coffee day's online shopping portal on 12/12/2014 and I have paid them using my debit card, the item has not been delivered to my address and the order status is showing as "completed". I tried calling the head office at Bangalore to follow up on this but I did not get any update on this, my calls are either getting transfered from one extension to another or the calls are not picked up at all. Cafe Coffee Day customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 17, 2014 Cafe Coffee Day Customer Care's response Dear Sir,
We have checked at the backed and this order has been delivered on 16-Dec-14 at 4:37pm to the consignee address.
Fedex has tried delivery on 13th & 15th Dec but the consignee wasn’t available, and finally it got delivered on 16th of Dec. The delivery happened within 4 working days which is within the committed timeline of 5-7 working days.
