I am writing to share my concern regarding the experience I have been facing at your outlets. I have been a regular customer of Cafe Coffee Day for over 10 years, and it has always been one of my preferred places to relax and work. However, recently, I have been feeling quite disappointed with the way customers are being treated.
I would like to understand if there is any specific policy regarding how long a customer is allowed to sit in the store. On multiple occasions, I have noticed that after spending a certain amount of time, the air conditioning is either reduced or turned off, making the environment uncomfortable. This gives the impression that customers are being indirectly encouraged to leave, which is quite disheartening.
As someone who visits your café to enjoy a drink while working, it would be helpful if such policies were clearly communicated. If extended stays are not permitted, I believe customers should be informed transparently rather than made uncomfortable.
It is honestly upsetting to consider switching to other cafés after such a long association, but a comfortable and welcoming environment is important for us as customers.
